Waldemar Edgar Yeschick February 13, 1937 -- February 9, 2001 Wally, 63, loved and respected father, grandfather and brother, died February 9, 2001. Dad has now joined his loving wife, JoAnn. Born Feb. 13, 1937 in Danube, Minnesota. to Edward Earnest and Hulda Reetz Yeschick. On August 25, 1962, he married JoAnn Janssen in Brainerd, Minnesota. JoAnn passed away November 23, 1998. Wally was an electrical engineer and worked for Peripheral Systems, Inc. He enjoyed watching Jazz Basketball, but the pride and joy of his life was his grandchildren. Survivors: sons, Steve (Debbie), Connecticut; John (Mary), New York; Mark (Kristy), Salt Lake City; eight grandchildren; sister, Elmyra Becker, Minnesota. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 14, 2001, at 10 a.m. in Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 8575 South 700 East, Sandy. Friends may call at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State Tuesday 6-8 p.m. and Wednesday at the church one hour prior to services. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
